Terms of use

Last updated: August 2026

These terms cover your use of the caiOS labs website. They are not the terms of any software project we build for you — that work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Using this site

You are welcome to browse this site and contact us through it. Please don't attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

What's on this site

The content here describes our services in general terms. It isn't a quote, a proposal, or a promise of any particular outcome, price or timeline. Nothing on this site forms a contract. Screens and dashboards shown are illustrative examples of the kind of software we build, not depictions of a specific client's system, and any names or figures within them are fictional.

Our intellectual property

The caiOS labs name, logo, brand identity, written content and design of this site belong to caiOS labs. You may link to the site freely. Please ask before reproducing our content or branding elsewhere.

What you send us

When you submit the contact form, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're entitled to share it. Please don't send confidential material, credentials or sensitive personal data through the form — if a conversation needs that, we'll set up a secure channel first. We handle what you do send in line with our privacy policy.

Third-party links

Where we link to other websites, we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, caiOS labs is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date above tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
